Our founder, Sam, first developed his love of travel and Southeast Asia whilst on his own family trip to Vietnam . He knows first-hand how sharing new and adventurous experiences strengthens a family’s bond and creates memories of a lifetime. His exotic family travels is what influenced his ambition to form Golden Tales Travel.  

  

   

   

What better to way to spend quality time than by exploring distant lands, experiencing new cultures, eating different foods or having a go at a foreign language, whilst all together.  Southeast Asia presents so many options, from paddling through Mekong mangroves, hiking up lush mountain sides, glamping on a riverside, jumping in a Tuk-tuk to tour an ancient city or learning to surf in the Indian Ocean (yes, he did all these!).  We have done these trips so have the experience and knowledge to recommend places and activities that will suit all the family.
